The Victoria Climbié Foundation UK is a registered charity [1128786] and company limited by guarantee [6391817]. Our registered address; c/o Charles Rippin & Turner, Middlesex House, 130 College Road, Harrow HA1 1BQ.  In order to accomplish our mission the charity will:
  • safeguard BME children through research, monitoring and raising public awareness on issues of safeguarding affecting them and their communities
  • enhance the capacity of BME community organisations to safeguard children.  This will be achieved through (a) provision of training on legislations, services and measures required to prevent abuse both within families and communities and (b) development of networks so that these organisations are empowered to represent their own communities and voice any concerns
  • work in close collaboration with grass-roots organisations, statutory agencies as well as UK and international organisations
