In the wake of the horrendous failings that resulted in the terrible death suffered by Baby P, the Victoria Climbie Foundation found itself once more demanding Government action to prevent more abuse of children. We continue to consult with agency partners, practitioners, other professionals and communities in our quest to continue to push for consistent development of the child protection system and for greater accountability within the regulatory framework in place to support social care employees who seek to protect our children.
